&lt;p&gt;The Town&amp;rsquo;s portion of the new golf cart path, from the intersection of Bayshore Road and Old Cape Charles Road to the 90 degree turn at Old Cape Charles Road is now open for pedestrian, bicycle and golf cart traffic. As a reminder, golf carts are only permitted on roads with a speed limit of 25 mph or less within the Town of Cape Charles.&lt;/p&gt;
